Product policies
Whenever possible we send the flowers exactly as you have chosen. On occasion, if flowers are out of season or if we do not have the product as seen, we may substitute for similar items of equal or greater value. Always keeping in mind to maintain the style and theme of the arrangement. Occasionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color. The end product will always be maintained to its professional standard, quality and value. Wherever possible, in cases where we do not have similar products or flowers we will contact you. Thank you for your understanding.
Delivery policies
Whenever possible we try to contact the recipient via phone to find if the recipient is at home/work at the time of delivery. If nobody returns our calls we reserve the right to rearrange the delivery time. As we appreciate that receiving flowers is often time-critical, if there is nobody to receive the flowers at the time of delivery, we will attempt to leave the flowers with a neighbour/coworker/receptionist if possible. If this is not acceptable, please ensure that you tell us when you place your order. If you have asked us to leave the flowers with a neighbour but the neighbours are also out, we return the flowers to our store and contact you via telephone or email as soon as possible. We may reattempt the delivery the following working day (at additional delivery fee if you instruct us to do so) or arrange the pick up of the flowers by the recipient from our store.
Delivery fees are included in all online prices.
City wide delivery available Tuesday-Saturday.
Delivery availability with online purchasing includes Rockland, Kanata, Riverside South and all areas in between. For deliveries outside our area please contact the store directly.
Same day deliveries must be made by 9am.

Purchaser Agreement
As the purchaser of items from Stoneblossom Floral Gallery, the purchaser agrees that:

As flowers are a perishable item, returns are only accepted under the following circumstances:

All issues must be indicated to us within 24 hours of delivery — if you are calling after hours, please leave a message with a time to reach you and phone number and we will call the next business day.

We will happily replace any damaged item, which may have had its quality affected during shipping

As items are perishable, we do not issue refunds, however if the issue cannot be resolved, an in-store credit may be available

Returns are accepted on a “quality” basis only — issues of “not liking” the arrangement are not grounds for a return.

As flowers are perishable, you must water them, otherwise they will not last as long. It is the recipient’s responsibility to re-cut and water the arrangement as needed.

If you are ordering flowers for someone else, be sure you are choosing something they would like — style preferences are not grounds for returns. Make sure to alert us of any allergies/ circumstances we need to be aware of.

As all flowers are not always in season, or not in stock, Stoneblossom Floral Gallery reserves the right to substitute blooms with a similar “look” and feel without prior consultation. We will do our utmost to make the arrangement as close to the advertised picture as possible. If you require a specific product, please call and check for its availability.

If no name is specified for the “card message”, we will put the name of the sender on the card

If you require a timed delivery, please call and speak with our designers to make those arrangements.

Please alert us of any allergies/ circumstances we need to be aware of.
It is your responsibility, as the sender, to ensure that the recipient will be at the location of the delivery on the date of delivery. If the recipient goes home early (if delivered to a workplace) or is out of town (for home deliveries), unbeknownst to us, it is not cause for refund or exchange as we have fulfilled our obligation in delivering upon the date of request as ordered by the sender.

For your shopping convenience, we offer a wide variety of popular items that can be viewed for ordering. Each of these wonderful gifts is individually designed by professional florists, with the freshest flowers that are available. We also offer all of our products in a variety of sizes, and prices, to meet the needs of our customer base. While the items shown are representative of the overall styles, colour schemes and values available, there may be minor variations in specific flowers and containers, due to design interpretation, availability, or a failure to meet our high standards of quality for our customers.
Substitutions may be necessary, in some cases, to ensure that your gift is delivered on time.
Rest assured there will be no substitution in the type of arrangement; no changes will be made regarding size, shape, or style. We will give your order the utmost care and attention, so that it is as similar as possible in detail and quality.
When it comes to flower arrangements, the colours represented in the picture will be maintained as close to the original as possible, given the availability of quality materials. Any flowers substituted will be of equal value or higher.
When substitution is unavoidably necessary, utmost care will be taken to maintain the overall effect of the illustrated arrangement, down to the closest detail.
When it comes to one-of-a-kind arrangements such as roses, the variety available takes precedence, so that we can still deliver a unique arrangement with only equal or higher quality flowers available for your enjoyment. If a suitable replacement cannot be found, the buyer shall be notified by phone or email, immediately. We may have to change the colour in this case, but we will make every effort to deliver the flowers of an appropriate quality first, and foremost.
